Establishing a Volunteer Reception Center offers the opportunity to assist in an organized manner with tasks to help restore communities to their pre-disaster conditions. BOY SCOUTS

Boy Scouting is available to boys who are 11 through 17 years old. The program achieves the BSA's objectives of developing character, citizenship, and personal fitness. Boys will have many opportunities to learn, to improve, and to set goals for personal growth. As they advance and improve , they will be recognized.

COMMUNITY MINDED WOMEN

DESTINATION IMAGINATION

This popular process-based program helps young people build lifelong skills in creative and critical thinking, teamwork, time management and problem solving. Five to seven participants work together as a team to create their unique solution to a Team Challenge, which can have a focus that is theatrical, structural, improvisational, scientific or technical – or a blend of several disciplines. Teams also learn and practice creative quick-thinking skills for the Instant Challenge portion of the program. The program runs October – April and is open to students in grades 1-12. Cost is $40. CUB SCOUTS

Cub Scouting is a home and neighborhood centered program for boys in grades one through five. Cub Scout enrollment is open year round, so you can join at anytime. However, Spring and the start of school are usually the most popular times to sign up.

FISH (Food, Information, Shelter, Healing) - We are an ALL volunteer organization. We provide transportation for citizens to doctors and other needed appointments.
Serving Tipp City, Monroe and Bethel Township by providing transportation to local appointments and errands. NEEDY BASKET

Needy Basket is your local food pantry which assists individuals who, in an emergency, need help providing food for themselves and their families. Through the generous support of the citizens of Tipp City and local organizations, even in these poor economic times, we have been able to provide needy families of our community with food and other supplies including toys at Christmas. Get those bats and gloves out and dust them off! This recreational league begins May 1 and is for youth 6–17 who want to play organized baseball and softball in a fun, educational setting.

Registration forms will be available at www.tcjb.org and at Tipp Monroe Community Services. Registration runs Jan. 30–Feb. 28. Late fees will be assessed after March 1. Any questions, please call 667-1107.

Swimming is fun! It keeps you in shape and is a sport that you can enjoy the rest of your life. Our season is short—it starts on May 1 and ends in July. Our swimmers range in age from 4 to 18.

Tipp youth ages 6 (as of September 30) up to age 18 are encouraged to come and enjoy community soccer. All registration will be done online at www.tippsoccer.org, beginning on April 1. There will also be a fall program for 4 & 5 year olds; information will be available online.
