AE-11 / R.A.D. - Rape Awareness Defense Women's Self Defense

Details 
Safety and survival in today's world requires a definite course of action. Learn the RAD System - a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance and hands-on self-defense. This class incorporates muscle memory, repetition, and self-defense skills into a confidence-building, empowering experience. The course is taught by certified RAD instructors and includes a workbook/reference manual. The class is very physical, and tennis shoes and sweats or jeans are recommended - no dresses or heels. If you cannot participate in all four classes, this program will not benefit you.

AE-12 / Stained Glass: Optical Illusion Box

Details 
Learn basics of Tiffany copper foil method of stained glass and take home a simple collage sun-catcher. We will cover safety, glass cutting, glass grinding, soldering, and patina techniques.

AE-13 / Stained Glass: Double Pinwheel

Details 
This class will cover the basics of the Tiffany copper foil method and then we will make a double pinwheel quilt block that can either be made into a sun catcher or taken home to incorporate into a larger project.

AE-14 / Trusts and Wills: What Is the Difference?

Details
