Learn the RAD System - a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance and progresses to the basics of hands-on self-defense. This class incorporates muscle memory, repetition, and self-defense skills into a confidence - building, empowering experience. The class is very physical, and tennis shoes and sweats or jeans are recommended - no dresses or heels. If you cannot participate in all four classes, this program will not benefit you. Bring bottled water.

The class will cover how to find an agent and publisher, the distinctions between traditional small-press publishing and self-publishing, how to build a platform, and promote your book.
