Homeopathy is a profound yet gentle form of medicine that has been used worldwide for over 200 years. Homeopathy is based on the principle of "like treats like" i.e. a substance which causes symptoms when taken in large dose, can be used in small amounts to treat those same symptoms. This class is an introduction to gain an understanding of the basic principles of homeopathy and how it may help you achieve a better state of health and well being.

If you are interested in growing a small garden easily, come join us as we share our tips on vegetable gardening. We show ways to keep the birds off freshly planted seeds; demonstrate various tilling and weeding methods, and show easy ways to amend your soil.

This is a BASIC LEVEL course designed with beginners in mind. The course is twelve hours long and lasts one day. It exceeds the requirements needed to apply for an Ohio and Florida CCW permit, and those from over 44 other states. The course is taught by an experienced instructor, and will teach you the mindset and skills needed to carry concealed and for personal protection.
The course is held in an indoor classroom and at a private outdoor range. All levels of expertise welcome.
Each participant should expect to spend 10 hours in training and at least 2 hours on the range, and will need to bring an unloaded and secured handgun, 100 rounds of ammunition (No ammunition in the classroom.) Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. We will train rain or shine.

Details 

Learn the RAD System - a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance and progresses to the basics of hands-on self-defense. This class incorporates muscle memory, repetition, and self-defense skills into a confidence - building, empowering experience. The class is very physical, and tennis shoes and sweats or jeans are recommended - no dresses or heels. If you cannot participate in all four classes, this program will not benefit you. Bring bottled water.
